Noticing my 2020 Rebel 5.7 Hemi with 57,000 miles, has lost a step when I get on it. Was thinking maybe spark plugs, but manual says change at 160,000 miles? Any other ideas to put a little pep back in her?

Disconnect the battery for a while, this will reset the learned shift points (and bunch of other stuff, that will take several hours to come back on line) then drive it like you stole it.
Beyond that, forced induction...

160,000 miles on plugs?

Did they change this recently? It was 100,000 miles on the Hemi.🤔
