Loses radio stations

Hello what do you mean my reset my profile again? You reset the radio, loged radio out of sirius, or what?

Had all the above items/problems on my 1500, had Sirius XM do a reset on radio and so far ( 3 weeks ) no problem..
Hopefully end of story...WD in Texas

Did a radio reset yesterday, got in the truck today and all the presets were restored exactly like I had them a month ago when I lost them. Go Figure. Wonder what the radio flash expected this 3rd quarter is supposed to fix.
