Loose screws found

Found these four screws under the driver seat beside the floor vent. Haven't done a lot of looking yet but curious if you have any idea what they were for? Hope nothing important.

Look like ram bin bolts. Sealant on the threads to keep water out. Not sure if anything under seat uses same bolts. Hopefully someone left an extra set in there instead of not installing.
