Had the 3.5 Ready SST installed on my 22 Laramie about a year ago. Running 35/12.5-20 Cooper SST Pros.

Happy with the look and ride prior to moving but now we live on a rutted out dirt road. I’m also towing and running with a partially loaded bed much more than anticipated…. All leading to a squatty look and rough ride.

Soooo…..

What are some good options to help improve ride quality on rougher terrain and add back a little rear rake?

Since the SST kit doesn't come with new shocks/struts, then the best option would be to get new shocks and struts designed for the lift size. You may also need to lift the rear more, or add in helper air bags to prevent the squatted look when loaded

You could look at the Eibach Stage 1 Pro truck lift. 3" max height but supposedly a nice plush ride. No spacers. Pretty sure your 35's would be just fine.
