Looking for some help on tire size

I have a 2019 ram 1500 big horn base model with 18 inch wheels it has 275 65 18 can i put 285 65 18 on it with no rub

I have 275/70/18 which is 33" tall on my stock suspension 4X4 Laramie with no problems.

The 285/65/18 is roughly 32.5" tall so you should be fine.
