Looking for a good Tonneau cover

I live in Minnesota and we get really cold weather here, as cold as -40 it can get sometimes and in the summer it can get up to 100 degrees with humidity.

Are there any good Tonneau cover recommendations. Ones that don't crack, leak, or get worn out fast?

I think you are talking about the soft Tonneau?
I have the Mopar 3 piece, so far I like it very much, it is basically a Bakflip MX4 or G2, I can not tell the 2 apart?

I would be wary of a roll up cover that is aluminum in the snow belt, do to freezing. I also don't like the roll up storage area in the bed. My luck I will load something and bend it, causing the cover to not roll up easily. Just my opinion.

I wanted something that wasn't black (heat rejection, potentially paint matched), easy to remove and store by myself in the truck, and secure (hard locking, no cord to coat hanger open, and cut proof), and was a no drill installation, that I could install by myself. I went with a Peragon (https://www.peragon.com/) and I've been happy with it so far and how solid it is. I'll likely upgrade the truck before the cover wears out.

If I had not gone that route, I would have probably gone for a paint matched undercover elite or similar, giving up on the easy to remove/store requirement, but I don't think they sell direct either although they look simple to install.

If your chosen cover leaves the stake pocket holes open, these plugs fit completely flush and keep rain out:

I went with the Gator that was listed above. Inexpensive, and seems to work very well so far. Winters here in Arkansas are not terribly harsh, and I park in the garage, so I can't speak to how they would perform in heavy snow/icing situations. This is temporary for me, as I'm waiting on A.R.E. to finalize and start shipping the CX-REVO camper shell.

Lomax (https://www.agricover.com/hard-tonneau-covers). I’ve had one on the last 3 trucks and they have been sturdy, stylish and weathered better than any of the other covers I’ve had.

The other option, though not a true tonneau, is the Undercover Classic (https://www.undercoverinfo.com/p-37115-undercover-classic.html). This one should be able to stand up to your tough weather better than any of the folding or soft covers.
I will concur that agricover makes good products. I didnt have the Lomax hard cover I had the Access roll up (https://www.accesscover.com/lorado/) and I never had any issues and ZERO leaks on my 2016 Silverado. I'm having the same cover installed on my new RAM next Saturday.

I just got the Lowmax tri-fold cover and its designed so that none of the seals are exposed to the elements, unlike the bakflip mx4 which has rubber seals that are completely exposed to the elements. I also like the look of the lowmax a bit more. (A family member has the bakflip MX4 that I installed, so I'm pretty familiar with both)

I want to get the mopar folding one but I wanted to know how it does with rain? Does it get through? Also, are mopar products covered on a mopar lifetime warranty? Just curious.

So many good options, hopefully I can pick one that don't leak. On my past Silverado, darn roll-up would leak. I bought my girlfriend a 2018 silverado and hers don't leak. Hopefully this ram I have isn't plagued like my previous 2015 silverado

Here’s my Mopar hard top! Can’t beat it!
I ordered one early September, was told it would take two weeks, checked with the dealer after 6 weeks, still have not heard from them. Was thinking of going a different route but they say you can't cancel special orders.

Just ordered a Bakflip MX4.

I like that it folds all the way up allowing the full use of your bed, and protects the rear glass window.

My last folding cover was an Extang Encore tri-fold. It was pretty good but it leaked quite a bit. Not a huge deal as I don’t often keep things stored in my truck bed, but still kind of annoying.
