Limp mode, CEL, traction light, throttle light

About a week ago I had this issue, so far it hasn't returned. Backed out of my driveway started to drive forward and normally every time on the trucks first 1-2 shift for the day it shifts really weird, not slipping more like the torque convertor not locking right away. Instead of a weird shift i got CEL, throttle light, and traction light all came on. Truck went into limp mode also. Turned back to the house pulled the codes and cleared them. Wasnt heavy on the pedal or anything. Granny driving. It seems like no one else has had this issue. even Google doesn't show the U(communication) codes in a search.

This happen to mine when I broke an axle. All 3 came on and couldn’t go pass 25mph.
