I used to do that and was religious about not letting anything more than the bottom half of the wheels get in salt water. Hosed everything off afterwards, along with boat, and never had any issues.
Key areas to watch for on '19 Limited would be: bumper, wheel wells, rear axle, brakes, and the exhaust. Keep them dry at the ramp and you'll be far less likely to have issues. You'll still pick up a little from parking at launch, etc. but a thorough spray down afterwards should handle that.
