What would be the best way to fix my dash? Dealer estimated $5220 for a dashboard job, RamCare said that they might cover it but I need to get it done first and only then they'll decide, anybody heard this before?

It takes you 7 hours to replace an exhaust manifold on a lift?
Or is that a lube tech rate?
Takes me about 2 to 2.5 hours to do both sides. There are "book" times for most jobs, that is how shops quote jobs. If that 7 hour job took me 12 hours, you only pay the 7 hours.

Both sides.
Yup, Alldata.
Warranty is 5.4 for both sides. This is part of an email I had with Alldata recently and them verifying the time changes.

Dash delamination on the limited pops up on here relatively frequently. I had it happen, thankfully during warranty. From what I'm told it's very labor intensive as it requires replacing the entire dash unit it is on and that's the bottom most layer of the front interior facade so everything in the front has to be removed and reinstalled.

Did manifolds myself one afternoon. Took me 6 hours in my garage, no lift.
Can't find a new dash to buy still.
