Limited Dashboard Delaminating and Bubbling

Just got off the phone with RAM Cares regarding this same issue. Assigned me a case number, and had me schedule with my dealership to get pictures. It will be covered with no out-of-pocket costs from me.
Do you use the dealer for service? I bought mine used and have never even been to a dealer. I'm worried they will only do it for people who frequent them.

Does anyone know if just the small panel above the gauges can be replaced without doing the whole dash?

My 2019 limited with 42k has thr dash bubbles and the rear window leak. There is clearly an issue with these trucks and stilantis should step up, I have a feeling ill be ditching the truck when I hear back from ram cares

2021 Limited...
RAM corporate just told me to see a dealership. Appointment is Friday so I'll find out the current story. No promises from 1-866 phone a RAM

Any update on your appointment?

I just got off of the phone with Ram and they needed it to be looked at first.

Wondering how much of a hassle this is going to be......

The amount of hassle it will depend on a few things. Has your factory warranty expired? If not you shouldn't experience much in the way of hassle as long as they have parts in stock to repair it. If it has expired you will probably have a hassle. The amount of that depends on how willing your dealership is to go to bat for you, along with their willingness to goodwill part or all of the repair if it's declined by Stellantis. The results people have reported vary a lot, from no hassle and repaired under warranty to no assistance at all because the warranty was expired and dealership was unwilling to goodwill the repair. The only way to know is to start the process and have your dealership take a look at it.

I can validate part of this statement with my own experience. Mine was no hassle and quickly repaired under the 3/36 warranty. FYI the replacement is holding up with no flaws thus far. The original started bubbling in the first year. The replacement has been in there close to 3 years.
