I'm confused by the image.

I will say that in a vehicle less than a year old without sun fade, I would like the whole door painted. I had a tailgate repaired and had they not painted the whole thing I would have demanded it.

I can't really see anything from those pictures, but a good PDR guy can work wonders. I put a dent in my rear door by something falling out of a dumpster, and when the PDR guy was done I had no idea where it was. Which is what I would try before trying any other kind of body work except in the case of really jagged, irregular dents. Any kind of push-in dent, PDR for sure.
