lighting around the screen buttons

Am I setting something wrong on the 12 in screen I have no lighting on all the buttons down each side? Got to be an ON OFF setting somewhere. I can t see any of them at night.

Well, if your headlight switch is in the ON position and the panel intensity adjustment is set to maximum, they should be visible at night.
If not, might be a fuse or something gone bad with your screen innards.
