Lift/tires and Effect of Safety Group Package

80% on board doing the Mopar 2 inch all around lift and 34 or 35's. The CFO says 'not until next fall', silly budget thing.
So I have the safety group package with Lane assist, ACC, auto parking and enjoy these features. Mainly the ACC as I use it regularly. Anyone know at what point is the lift and tire size too much for these features to work?
I have read some owners trying to adjust these sensors and end up breaking them, but didn't say how big of a lift they put on or if it was a leveling kit.

Any insight to this would be great. Hate to give up a used feature and safety feature for a bit of ground clearance

Thank you,
69Sting.

I don’t have the full safety features, but this is what I’ve seen. 4.5” up in front and 2.5” up in rear (total including tires). Blind spot sensors work the same as before. The front and rear parking sensors work fine but don’t seem to notice curb-height things as much. This is a good thing for me, but it might be different with some other features.

I don't have auto parking or adaptive cruise but I can say that my parking sensors and reverse detection sensors still work as intended.

I have the Safety Group on my Laramie, and have noticed no adverse affects from my 2" front, and 1.5" rear, spacer lift.

Eric326,

Thank you for the feedback, that is great to hear.
Do you have any pics of the set up. I am looking at the same size and type of tires you are running. Only difference would be color.

Are you just wanting some pictures of the truck after the spacers were installed?

OP.... I have a 6" lift with the advanced safety group. I can tell you everything seems to be working as designed. The adaptive cruise control works beautifully. Pane assist, no problems. Forward collision warning and braking... Great (yes I even tested it using garbage cans). The blind spot monitoring seems to work good.

I still don't have the nerve to try the parking feature though lol

And I have not made any adjustments to the sensors.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, This is great news. I am now very excited to get some work done on the truck and transform it from a 'old man low' truck to a truck truck look.
Coming from a Ram 2500, not stepping up or down to get in or out of the truck feels wrong.
