2021 rebel trying to install a motofab 3" front 2" rear leveling kit. The guy told me that it's just not working and I would have to grind off part of the strut to get it to fit and may not ever align properly once it is in. I have looked at the website and saw many of the same generation rebel have installed this kit and posted pictures. Does anyone know about or had issues with installing a body lift to a rebel?

What kind of kit? Is it just spacers? You will prob need UCAs as the rebel is already 1 inch higher than regular rams

If you look at all the reviews with pictures, there are a bunch of 2020 rebels with this lift installed.

You shouldn’t have to grind anything to put top hat spacers. Mine are 2” and went in fine. Maybe time to find a new shop.

FYI, to all interested. Offroad RAM models installing 3" motofab spacer you MUST use spring compressors. There is a different angle than a standard 1500 (according to the motofab paperwork)

What lift did you end up going with? I see rough country UCAs. Looks great!

If you really added 3" to the front of your Rebel, you're too high as @LaxDfns15 said.
I would remove 1" of lift to get back down to +3" over stock (Rebel has +1" already).
I already had my truck 3.5" over stock and the front suspension became harsh. I dropped a clip and it was much better.
You have negligible rebound damping remaining right now and your CVs are hurting badly.

Otherwise, it looks real nice.

The others make good points about the CV shafts.

Did the shop have to grind off whatever it was to make it work?
No, I rented a spring compressor and did it in my driveway.

I will definitely take into consideration the CV shafts. I never thought it was going to be an issue.

I definitely have a more stiff front suspension. Drop a clip? Something I can do??

He has Bilstein 5100 lift struts that are adjustable. We dont have that option with the spacers.
