Bought it off eBay, but looks like that seller is no longer in eBay. It was satin black over gloss two layer vinyl.Where did you get the flag for the grille? I like the subtleness of it

First off, I am not a fan of "chrome", steel or plastic. So I ordered my Laramie with the Night Edition option. While I waited for it to get built (5 months!), I ordered all my decals. I love my new Ram!

If you are referring to how thick the steel and metal is on the new bumpers, I agree with you. However I do have a chrome-plated finish on the bumpers.If you think so.
