I have one of the early back country builds...so issues with paint chips...but I have low miles on mine after roughly 1.5 years or 16 months.

Was there a known issue with the paint or application on the the two tones? I might spring for a pff bumper application as the painted black bumper has me thinking it’s going to show chips like crazy. Then I start thinking I could just put a heavy duty bumper to replace when it gets real bad.

As much as I want a heady duty steel bumper, I just can't find one that works for me. Most of the bumpers I see have sharp edges, stick out too much, or just doesn't look like it would blend into the truck.

Just wish I can find something that has some curves, and resemble the factory bumper.

As much as I want a heady duty steel bumper, I just can't find one that works for me. Most of the bumpers I see have sharp edges, stick out too much, or just doesn't look like it would blend into the truck.

I have to agree with you, I haven’t seen any aftermarket bumper yet that really caught my eye.

They really should have painted the grille black on the Backcountry trim. Would have looked a lot better.

I agree, I like the built to serve front end the best. Especially with hydro blue. It’s not as bad looking with the patriot blue but still makes me want to change it to all black when I get my truck.

That’s awesome you got ram boxes with the backcountry package! They don’t offer them this year on bighorns. I’m curious, do the ram boxes open with the tonneau cover down or do you have to fold it or roll it up to open the ram boxes?

Most definitely...you can have them open any which way. Even if I fold up the trifold cover, I can still open them with no problem

275/65R20 Falken wildpeak at3...and the rims are fuel contra in candy blue. This dark picture was taken after I took the tires off and painted the caliber blue (don't know why the picture looks like the tire is just off alignment, because it's not).

the best use of the ramboxes so far for me is toting home leftovers from eating out...no food smell in the truck..BRIILIANT!
