Here’s mine on clip 8. Waiting on wheels and tires to get here. Will post updated pics when they’re on. If anything about the components look like they were installed incorrectly please let me know. Only one shop here local to me so didn’t have any other options, and I’m not savvy enough to know if they did it correctly or not. Thanks!
Looks great! Can't wait to see it with the new wheels/tires.

I thought clip 8 is not supposed to be used on Rebel trim as per the instructions. Is this a fact or can I use it without issues. I'm awaiting the 6112/5160 to be in stock to purchase and will order them assembled. Just want to make sure I can use clip 8 without any issues.

Awesome review of the ko2’s… I’m on the fence between those and Wildpeaks.
Everyone says the Falken Wildpeaks are top of the line..
can’t make up my mind.

Might wanna take a look at the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tires as well. They are 60k rated and have good reviews from every person I've asked that has them.

That's the 5100's. The 6112's have their own springs so there is no additional lift from the stock spring.

Im loving the 6112 and 35" setup. I was mirror to mirror with this 3500 owned by the Air Force.
Still running the stock control arms... Thinking about getting the billet control arms from Icon or the boxed ones from Carli suspension.

Waiting on the 5160’s to come back in stock!
Using 6112s in the front on circlip 8, RC UCAs, and for now a motofab puck in the back to maintain a rake. I’m waiting on Carli Suspensions Rebel HD springs to be in stock to replace the puck and maintain a rake.

I’m running 35x12.5 AT3s, been running great!

This one is for the Rebels owners out there - I just ordered 6112s/5160s, Icon DJ UCAs, and motofab spacers (0.5" front, and 1" rear.), Icon Rebound 18x9 wheels and 35x12.5x18 BFG KO2s. I'd love to see some pics of Rebels with the 6112/5160 setup on setting 8.

Also, would love to hear your thoughts or experience on my goal. I'm trying to gain 2-2.5" up front over a stock Rebel. Which as I've read, this setup should do the trick. Math is 2.6" from the 6112s at 8th clip + 0.5" from motofab front spacer = 3.1 inches. Minus the factory Rebel 1" lift, that means I yield 2.1", and won't overextend my CV angles. Has anybody else out there done this? How did it work out?
So while I am new to the platform (and this is a weird first post) I have a few questions about this setup. If coming from a bone stock (non air ride equipped) rebel it takes approximately 2.5" up front to level it with the rear, and with the setup you have outlined after adding the 1/2" spacer to the front, why also add another 1" to the rear? Or was it intentional to maintain the rake?
And if I am understanding this setup correctly, the 6112 + 1/2" spacer up front and the 5160 + 1" spacer in the rear?

Also, not specifically from your pics, but another user posted pics with the Icon UCA and am I the only one concerned with the huge gap between the UCA ball joint and the knuckle and them being connected with virtually nothing? I am by no means an offroad professional but it does not appear safe.

That’s how the icon delta joints are designed. It’s a hybrid uniball/ball joint design. It’s safe and allows for more articulation.

As far as the spacer on top of the 6112s at the 8th clip it’s a user preference. Always running 6112s on my past Toyotas I always refrained from doing it and continue to refrain From it. The Toyotas have a more pronounced driver side lean than these rams so some people add a spacer on the driver side.

Thanks for the UCA explanation, personally never seen that before.

I was more so referring to adding the spacer to the rear (not the front) because wouldn't the addition of the spacer to the rear reintroduce the rake? Or does the use of the 5160 not maintain sock rear ride height?

How are you guys liking the ride on the 6112 @ clip 8? Recently did the same on my Rebel, along with the Carli Rebel spec rear springs and the ride is pretty bad. Looks good, but I'm not sure if it's the rear springs, the 6112s, or something else with the install, but I'm contemplating going back to stock.

I am running the 6112s 8th clip, icon UCA’s, and 5160s in the rear…..ride feels great. A little stiffer than stock but that’s expected. Still a great ride. What Carli Rebel springs did you get? I think they have two types. One HD and one regular. That might be the issue.

Regular, allegedly. Might swap the stock springs back in and see if the ride improves

Did a similar setup and I'm really happy with the outcome. 6112 8th clip plus .5 motofab in the front and 1.5" spacer in the rear. Still waiting on rear 5100 with the Hd coils to upgrade the rear. Tire are 325/65 on some 18x9.5 black rhinos. Love how it rides and the stance is great.

So what happened to not stacking a spacer (puck)over a coil lift? Very interested in this setup for my new rebel. Current ground to fender height is Frt 38" Rear 39.5, no ram box, no air suspension. would love a full 3" up front not including going to 35's, but 2" seems to be the max I have found? And jumping about 2.5" in the rear to keep about an 1" rake?

I'll preference this post and say I'm as green as they come to lifting/leveling trucks.

I just bought a 2020 Rebel and really like your build. I'm curious to how your math ended up working out? Bilstein has a chart that stats the 6112s have a 2.6"inch lift for 1500s without the off-road package and a 2" inch lift for the Rebel. Maybe someone can educate me on why there's difference. Regardless, did you yield your desired height?

Rebels have a 1 inch longer coil. But to install the 6112s you would lose the stock coil. But you would still get 2.6 on the Rebel with 6112s.
