Left side stereo controls on the back of the steering wheel not working

Anyone encountered it ? Don't think this is UConnect issue, so posted here - right side adjusts volume, left side does nothing (and am pretty sure used to - flip through stored preset stations for example)

Sounds like a bad "left remote switch" Or possibly the "left steering wheel switch"
