LED tailight replacement options

So my passenger side brake light went out yesterday. I've got the premium LED w/blind spot monitoring. I wouldn't mind an upgrade or aftermarket style but I haven't seen any with BSM. Am I stuck with oem replacements? What are my options?

Also I'm about 15k over warranty (50k miles)
