LED strip/DRL issue on 2019 Big Horn

So, i just purchased a brand new 2019 1500 BH and i am have a headlight issue with it. It has the LED package and i am trying to turn off the low beam on my truck. The low beam comes on automatically as soon as i put my truck in gear. Plus, those led strips/accents too come on.
The issue is that the low beam are on in full intensity, not as advertised like 50% less output.

I just want the LED accents to light up.
Few notes:
1. There is no DRL option in Uconnect under Settings > light > DRL
2. The light control switch is at "O" or off position.
3. It's fine if the low beam are on with those LED stripes, but the low beam are functioning with full intensity, they are not at 50% or less or anything.

So it's like even in the bright sunny days, i am driving with my low beam on at full intensity.

Any help/answers will be appreciated.

It’s not 50% low beam , it’s 50% high beam . That’s the DRL in Canada anyway .

I really don't have grudge if it's low or high beam, but it;s coming in with 100% beam, not 50%.
And i did checked, i can say with full surety that the beam is low beam, not high. Plus,with full power, i mean 100%.

If you have warranty left on your bumper to bumper I’d let the dealer figure that out . I only mentioned the 50% high beam because it can appear to be just as bright as 100% low beam . But if it’s running 100% high beam that would be pretty bright

Yeah, the warrant is left cause i just purchased the truck on April 13, 2020.
True about what you said about the high beam.
I did had a talk with the sales guy with whom i dealt with and i will be going in on Tuesday, April 21st. I will update on this issue.
