LED Lights on 2024 RAM

Hey everyone, I noticed on some of the 2024 RAM 1500 Bighorn Night Editions that they come with LED taillights but halogen headlights. Why is that?

Because of BSM (blind spot monitoring). You only get it with LED taillights.

Been that way for a while...BigHorns standard with Halogen. You can get LED headlights as an option, or jump to Laramie. they are well worth it in my opinion.

For 2024 you can’t get LED headlights on a bighorn at all. They took away the premium lighting option. Sucks

Thanks! Just thinks it’s weird to have the LED tail light package but halogen headlights.

Can you replace halogen with led?

Yes. You can just swap bulbs or get a whole new LED unit. Lots of info on here regarding lighting options.

If you decide to upgrade halogen housings, check out FORM Lighting. Many run them and even an upgrade from the OEM LED Reflector housings.
