Leasing!!!

Learn from my mistakes.
This sounds like an absolute nightmare! Especially the added stress of the house purchase. I can only slightly relate when the water company sent me a letter saying I was being sent to collections to an address I've never lived at...and we currently use them for our actual house. Calling them (30 minute process, multiple calls) was met with "huh well....the computer says you lived there". I think we were talking 90 bucks which I would have happily paid, but they were trying to tell me there was no reversing the collections process. It did all eventually get righted

Okay so this is my order made a deal to pay $500 over invoice the dealer told me for 39 months and 12k a year that my payment would be 740 a month that was with the 1000k incentive and rolling in the 2k that I'm upside down on my old truck just wondering anyone's input on this if that's crazy high or around where it should be

So, pretty limited info here. Why dont you ask him to give you a real lease breakdown so we can see fees, money factor and residual. it's looking like the truck would be right around 58k? And at 39 months I'd assume you're around a 52% residual(Edmunds leasing forum) so...it doesn't seem to be wildly out of control, but certainly could be cleaned up im sure. You know this truck won't get here until December or so right?

I didn't get any of that info from dealer he said it wouldn't matter and that this was the deal for may so he could place the order I had to sign a sales order for him to order it, he told me truck would be in around 12 weeks so august/September with subject to change because of incentives but he said if they stay around the 1000k mark that this is what it be working with. Is that really the new updates on the rebels around December?

This sounds extremely crazy

If he's not putting any money down and is rolling in the $2k in negative equity, for a cap cost of ~$60k, that sounds like it's in the ballpark.

That was the price with 4k out of pocket to cover taxes and DMV

Anybody leasing a limited between $64k to $66k MSRP? What kind of payment are you getting? What are the conditions? I'd love to hear what people are pulling off as far as leases.

Leasing gives you the flexibility to assess any potential issues or decide if you want something else in a few years. It's a bit like test-driving your dream truck before making a long-term commitment.
Say something uniquely human, or I'm going to ban you. You've got one hour.
