Leaking body/cab mounts ?!

Appears the $145 was for the 1.0 hour of labor. The part is $260 MSRP, looks to be about $170 online. My question is has anyone swapped it out themselves? Do I need to remove multiple (all?) body mounts to fit this in?

A local mechanic I use replaced mine without removing all of them. He loosened the passenger side mounts and was able to get it out and install the new one. He did it in about an hour for under $500.

so i assume you know some of the cabs had a issue with a seam between the door jam and the fender taking on water. it can be repaired.
first year for a new body every manufacture has issues the first year cut ram some slack

I do remember reading about that particular issue on this forum. That may well be my issue. I'll have to get the dealer to inspect.

I will not cut Ran any slack however. The selling dealer had to put $26,000 worth of parts (not including labor) to fix the slop on my truck that came out of the factory. That's absolutely ludicrous!

that's unfortunate for sure. i paid 30k for a used 2019 laramie kinda similar to yours. ivory, pano.....over 12k since purchase and no issues i'm sitting at 74k miles.
i avoided the higher trim because of bubbling dash and i knew the air suspension would fail.

I have an offer from CarNax that is $42,000 for mine. I'm very tempted.

The window sticker back in 2018 when I ordered mine was a few dollars short of $70,000.

I've been told by one dealer that the air suspension typically fails on these around 30,000 miles. And, you are correct. I'm dreading the leather letting go on the dash.

My 8 year bumper to bumper ends in October of 2026. I'm getting nervous...

Things just keep failing one by one.

if you were inclined to get another RAM you could dump yours for 42k and get a 2025 LARAMIE from mark dodge 4x4 pano roof and all for around 52k

That's an attractive deal. Thank you for the link.

I don't think, based on my experience with Chrysler products, that I would ever buy another Stellantis built product.

I bought a brand new 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. It was the same way as my Ram. Just one thing broke after another. I got rid of it at 23,000 miles.

My 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited is my daily driver. It's been a great vehicle. No issues at all. 144,000 miles now.
