I’ve been waiting for a while to take my Longhorn to the dealer for some repairs. Finally yesterday I dropped it off with the following list, and picked it up today with the noted responses from the dealer:

1) Drivers ventilated seat fan makes loud noise like fan is rubbing on something; dealer has ordered replacement fan unit under warranty
2) upper glove box light not working; dealer has ordered a replacement light assembly
3) cameras distort/show lots of black pixels in cold weather; dealer says issue is widely known and FCA is working on a software update to address this
4) passenger side exhaust tip was about 1 inch lower than driver exhaust tip since new; dealer adjusted to same level
5) popping noise from floorboards over rough road and when turning with articulation; dealer has ordered parts as per TSB 23-047-18 however the parts are on backorder as some other members have mentioned on here
6) loud squeal from rear brakes most mornings when reversing out of driveway for first time; dealer has ordered parts as per TSB 05-001-19
7) brake pedal and ground cable recalls were completed as well.

So I will have to take the truck back once all the various parts come in but I’m glad that dealer will be addressing all the issues and didn’t give me any hard time at all (I was half expecting a call back with the usual “we could not replicate this or that”)

Oh man they ordered those parts for me 3 times. It is like they dont care or pay attention. So the third time they finally got it fixed after I escalated my case with RAM Cares. Took well over a month I think it ended up being 2.5 months from start to finish on replacing those pads and rotors. The simplest of thing that I would of gladly done myself if they sent the parts to my door rather then waiting and going back and forth.

I had the brake service done which stopped the growling noise in reverse and the high pitch squeal going forward.....
