Last edition wheel

Nice.
But to be honest, the guy doesn't know what he's talking about. First, there are no "Last Call Editions", they're called "Final Editions". There were 4,380 Final Editions made. Of those:
  • 1,358 had the standard TRX wheels
  • 3,022 had the bead-locks that I pictured above (which are metallic in color, rings match the wheels)
You 100% have black bead-locks. Those were from the 2022 Sandblast Edition (1,242 made), the 2023 Havoc Edition (1,493 made), and the 2023 Lunar Edition (1,467 made). There were no black bead-locks in 2024.

Now for a question. I see what looks like an ECD driveshaft laying in the bed of your truck. Did you pick one of those up from this guy too?
Like I said, I didn't know how factual it was. I sure don't have the experience and knowledge you do. Hopefully I will one day.
I'm happy I never thought Id have them.

Sorry I did think about responding when I remembered the question later. 😵‍💫
I'm not 100% sure about the aluminum but I think its for a f150 the steel one is from a f350 and 100% of that.
Need one? I'll make you a great deal 🤪🤪🤪

lol, no I don’t need one. But since you bought TRX wheels and had a driveshaft that looks similar to the aftermarket one I put on my TRX recently, I was just wondering.

WHO CARE HIS GAIN HAHA

Yeah, that's a great price - even without tires. But if you got tires with good life left in them as part of the deal, then it's a steal. Which probably means they were stolen.

Its always a possibility when you by something used.
He was driving a TRX and had a new set of the same wheel in a different color.
One of the the tires we had to take from the spare under the truck. We also met at Walmart so its on video.
We became friends on FB and also gave me his home address for future purchases. He also gave me his working phone number.
When you factor in all the facts into the equation it leans most likely I got lucky and they are NOT stolen. I'm very happy 😁
I got them cleaned up! He has the worst goopy mess on the tires I've ever seen. I'm using 2 different degreasers and a power washer on the tires.
Any suggestions on the tire fluid? Also any suggestions on wheel care for protection like ceramic coatings etc.

I wouldn't bother with any coatings for your wheels. Mine are in the same perfect shape as the day I got the truck (4 years and 53k miles ago).

What the heck is tire fluid?
Good question. If I knew Id have resolved it by now.
It's almost like grease. Idk I'm guessing like 100 coats of the glossiest tire dressing with no cleaning between the coats.
Who really knows? In my book satin is my preference
