Lasfit switchback fogs problem?

Mine definitely switch colors and become unsynched if I have my high beams on and make a sharp turn where the inside fog comes on. My fogs are anytime my headlights are on. I can flip to highs and back quickly and they change color every time. Of they're unsynched, then the colors switch sides when I flip the highs off. Have to turn fogs off for say 30 secs to reset.
I contacted lasfit and told them my issues. I asked if there was some way to get them to work properly. This is their response:

Unfortunately there is no way to make the switchback work properly.
Return label is attached.
Notes: Please use the bubble mailer to return the product, and do not put it into any big box, otherwise extra shipping cost will be charged.
Thank you so much for your time.

I have not done the test the way you described it. I was not messing with my high beams when I was doing a mini slolum. I can see where they could become un-synched in a situation like that. I will have to check that out next time I am driving at night.

So here are my findings. I noticed the light switch colors on the hard turns when my fog lights were off. With my fog lights on, I had the same color light stay on when doing a makeshift slollum through a parking lot. I drive with my fogs on anyways any time my headlights are on, so as of now I have no issues with the switchbacks. I can definitely see where it would be an issue for those who do not drive with their fog lights on all the time. Also same light color when switching bright lights on and off. Yes they change color each time you active and deactivate your brights, but they are the same color on both sides. Also check out my new LED DRL strips. I am digging them.
I love those DRLs, how did you do them?

Thanks! I already had all the wires run from my previous DRL setup in the attached picture, so I bought some Angel Eye strips on Amazon and found that they fit great right on top of the headlight housings. I used F60 with a Micro II fuse tap for them to turn on with the ignition. This time because they were mounted so high, I did not have to worry about the active shutters. Made my electrical connections, zip ties along the route, and Wala. Happy to answer any more questions.

Any chance I could get some up close pictures of how you mounted them? The last vehicle I did any kind of real modifying to was a 2003 ram, and I didn't care nearly as much about keeping everything good and proper, but with my new truck I care a lot. And what is F60?

Here is what I did with the placement and wiring. Hid all the wires and connections under the RAM valance. The curvature is not perfect, but you only notice it up close.

That’s cool! I like, but I’m gonna try a different method. I ordered the lights, I’ll have free time coming up. Rather then on/by the hood, next to the light, I’m going to try in another location.
Thanks for the inspiration.

Any way you can get the fogs to stay on with the high beams? Basically fogs on all the time, controlled only with their specific fog light switch? I remember being able to do that on some older vehicles with a jumper in the fuse box, probably not a thing on these newer trucks I suppose...

Yes, with AlfaOBD! Program to stay on with high beam. It’s when they are off and used are corner ligh signals they get messaged up. So you would have to run them all the time. With high beams to get around I think. They should just produce a yellow set.

If your lights get out of sync from turning with your high beams on just turn your wheels in the opposite direction to activate the opposite light and it will resync then just hit the button on and off if u want to change color. It's a simple fix these lights are awesome no way am I returning them. I will however turn off fog light dropout with Alpha when I get a chance.

I bought the switchbacks and will report how infuriated I become with these in the future. If AlphaOBD can turn off the curb illumination and Fog off with highs then I would be perfect. We shall see.
