Largest tires stock 20's

I recently traded in a 2016 Ram 1500 5.7 Big Horn that came with stock 20 inch rims. I was able to install LT275/65/20 tires on a stock 2wd suspension.
My new Ram is is 2021 Big Horn 2wd with factory 20 inch rims.
Question is- can I put the same size tires on the 5th Gen?
If you use the tire selector on Tire Rack or most others, they say no.
Are the wheel wells and offset the same from 4th to 5th Gen?

There is a thread here 34s' vs 35's. I think that was the subject. Maybe you can find some feedback there

FWIW, when I adjusted my tire size for the 275/65/20 Kenda Klever s, to get speedo correct, I actually had to use 265/60/20 as the tire size

Just installed 275/60-20 cooper rugged treks that measure 33.39 & have plenty of room still & do not rub. Stock 4x4 Laramie no orp.

Just got some 275/65/20 ridge grapplers installed. Factory ORP with no other modifications. There was a very slight rub with the inner fender on front passenger side which was quickly fixed with a zip tie.

I used my Pulsar to change the size.
