Largest tire on 2019 limited with 20” or 22 stock rims

I am about to order a 2019 limited with either the 20 or 22 rims. I’d like a larger tire look as I’m not an off roader. Softer ride and low tire noise are important.

What’s the largest tire I can get away with on those rims ?

I am running 33” Cooper SST Max 305/55r20 on the 20”x9” -18 stock setup on the 4x4 limited. I rub full lock in reverse. I could trim 1/2” of useless plastic or options are revel link level on the front and/or perhaps 1/2” to 1 1/2” spacers.
