I just ordered my truck with Brian. So far so good, very smooth and easy process. Order confirmed and VIN number just assigned, I'll update this post until receive my truck.
 
I sent an email almost every week and asked for my truck status from this dealer, they responded in couple of hours. My truck went to production (D1).
 
I ordered my RAM 1500 Tungsten through Koons and worked with Brian Hillerich. He was very easy to work with, provided all the information and beat the price from all dealers. Easy process at the beginning. Brian ensured I was kept up to date throughout the process. I waited for a couple of weeks and finally received an email from Brian that my truck landed at the dealership. I scheduled to pick up and meet with Brian last Saturday. During pick up Brian was awesome. He was friendly and professional. He thoroughly reviewed the features with me, including the entire body and interior inspection. My finance manager was Alli, who was AWESOME; she was patient and helped me to go over all the documents and provide all the information. We reviewed the extended warranty, and she matched the price for the extended warranty from Ziegler.
Brian and Alli truly understand their customers and their wants and go above and beyond. The customer service that the team gives from start to finish is the reason to buy more cars from them. My wife and I had an experience that was honestly priceless. Brian and Alli are truly honest and valuable. I highly recommend them to everyone.unnamed.jpg

Did you finance? if so what interest rate did they quote you
 
I saw this and was curious. Even though it’s a couple months old, I will share that I literally could not get Koons Tysons to even return my calls or internet inquiries. The first time I called I got someone named Terick or something like that who seemed nice and was going to work up a price for an in stock Limited. I didn’t hear back from him that afternoon so I called and left him a message. Nothing for another day. Third day, I inquired online via the desktop website on the same truck, no reply. Fourth day, I requested a trade in value via the website and got a call in five minutes from someone wanting to buy my old suv. I tell them I’m interested and want to come look at a truck that day. They say they’ll get a sales person to call me, nothing. It’s now a week later, and still no calls or responses from anyone.

So I bought a new truck from Safford Warrenton Ram. It was an easy and no pressure experience and they essentially matched the advertised deal from Koons, including the Koons trade in value I received instantly online which was fair but not great at $1k over the kbb offer. I did get the extended warranty which was negotiable, and they came down about 20% from where they started. Safford Warrenton also had 10 Limited trucks on the lot with different options combos. I was actually going to ask Koons of I could custom order and get their deal but Safford had a combo and deal that fit what I wanted. Koons Tysons only had 1 and 1 on the way, both identical and not quite what I wanted (both had 22” rims rather than the 20” I wanted for a smoother ride).

I can’t comment on how Safford normally goes for other folks but my experience was great. I’m still really surprised Koons couldn’t even get back to me. I live an hour away and wasn’t going to drive there without any info or even a simple conversation.
