It’s true. Craig worked on my build. Great guy and very responsive to emails.

Called Craig since I’m local with a couple questions since I didn’t know what they might have in stock or what the trade in process was if I ordered.

Here’s a tip for Craig:
Whether you feel this way or not, don’t tell a customer that you don’t like to work over the phone. If you aren’t willing to field questions over the phone, get me somebody who will. I understand that you need a build emailed, but some people like to have human interaction when making a $70-80k purchase, and you can get a follow up email at the end.

This turned me off to Koons, and a couple hours later, I drove off the lot with the exact truck I wanted built from Ourisman RAM of Bowie.
