There could be multiple reasons. One could just be electrical interference in the area. My daughter called me one day, saying 3 other people in the same location, couldn't get in their cars. 2 of them opened the doors with their keys, which set off their alarms. I told her to go ahead and unlock, but get in, and push the start button, with the key fob. It's in the manual, to do this, if fob battery is dead. She, and the others all did this to be able to leave. Second, you may have a defective RF hub. It's behind the back seat, and rear window leaks, short them out. The third thing, your fob may be defective.
