Just pulled the pin and ordered the 2 inch leveling kit from Amazon. I have 2.5 inch Moto fab spacers installed now but I am concerned with some of my suspension geometry so going to switch back out to this and will list the Moto fab spacers for sale after I get this installed .

What's your concern with suspension geo? If it's the upper ball joint it's going to be worse with the 2 inch because the ready lift arms are designed for 3.5"

I’m pretty sure the upper control arms aren’t designed solely for the 3.5 kit.

Yeah actually they are. If you look at his pics you can see the ball joint isn't centered in the cup. The cup angle is designed so at 3.5" of lift the BJ is centered. The lower the lift below 3.5" the worse the ball joint geo becomes and when the suspenion compresses it becomes that much worse its the complete opposite problem of using stock UCA's with a leveling kit. I have the exact same arms on my truck with a 2.5" level and have already torn a dust boot on the drivers side ball joint right where you see that the boot has very little slack next to the tire in the picture. The ball joint cup is clocked for 3.5" of lift and that is their primary design intent.

Then why does readylift sell the control arms with a 2” spacer as a kit?

It works well with the rebel or trucks with the ORP that have 1" of factory lift, Ready Lift likely feels the ball joint is within acceptable working range for stock trucks with only 2", My only point to the OP was that geo on the ball joint was going to be worse with 2" versus 2.5" since their concern was geometry with multiple pictures posted of their upper ball joint , I could only assume their concern was the ball joint, perhaps they were more concerned with cv angles but they didn't any pics of those.

Exactly. After some research, I'm getting ready to order the Ready Lift 2.5" kit for my Bighorn with the off-road package. It actually states on Ready Lift's site that this kit "doesn't" work with the ORP's factory one inch lift, but others have called to verify that it does, because the geometry lines up.

I guess the question is what did you order for the upper control arms when you ordered the Motofab 2.5" spacers? Did you order ReadyLift UCA's from the 2" leveling kit or the UCA's from the 3.5" lift kit?
