Issues after lift/alignment

Yesterday I had a leveling kit put on my truck along with some 305's.

On my way into the gym today I noticed my brights don't work. I can
flash them, but they don't stay on. The auto bright function doesn't
work either. My dashboard dimming along with my display for heat, ac,
etc isn't lit up either.

Is there an old school Nintendo code like for Contra
(up,down,up,down,left,right,left,right....) that I need to do to get
them to work again?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If they disconnected the battery, it can take a while for Uconnect to initialize and provide all the functions.

I've had take as long as 24 hours and as short as 2.
