Issue with 2025 (non electrical)

The truck has been problem free (mostly) We live in AZ and haven't had to turn the heat on since we bought the truck. My wife went to the store early Saturday, when she came home she asked me if I spilled something pink on the running board. There is a sweet smell in the cab and a little bit of fogging on the drivers side window.... The carpets aren't wet and the leak on to the retracted running board is about 2 feet back from the front of the running board.... I just hope it's something minor, I'll take it to the dealer this week.
