OMG I haven’t seen one of those for 25 years. My dad bought one and installed it in his ’96 Chevy pickup. And I made a copy-cat version from some flashing to put in my ‘97 Chevy pickup. It added probably 100 HP instantaneously. Not.

In general, yes, but that one is pretty weak. I'd look for the one that adds 120 hp and 10 mpg, or the one that adds 180 HP and 15 mpg.
