I use this one to plug in A/C outlet on the back of console and plug phone booster into it. It is a 3amp which the cell amp requires 2.5 amp. You have to watch them as some are only listed at 1 amp or 2 amp. If you look around, you can find one like the one at this link that is rated at 3 amp.
I can just reach down and click switch on cell booster on or off at that location. I save the front lighter outlet for other things
