No there isn’t. You can find the service intervals in your manual or online. Some will do their first oil change early, around 1k, but that is a personal choice (and a hotly debated topic).
That is a dealer ploy to get you used to bringing your vehicle to them for service. It also is likely to trigger a survey from Chrysler. And since you had no complaint going in, it's highly likely that you'll give them a good score. At 1000 miles, about all they really have to do is check the fluid levels and tire pressures. Maybe retorque the lug nuts.
If it's free and they have coffee and donuts in the waiting room, why not?
