Is the 110 W inverter pure or modified sine wave?

The manual does not state one way or the other but does say it can be used for electronics which leads me to believe it might be pure sine wave.

I've read that it's modified sine wave, but I've never hung a scope on the output to check it. Now that I'm retired I don't have access to an oscilloscope.

I will scope it out tomorrow if I remember.

Confirmed modified sine wave.
( pay no attention to the vertical scale, grabbed the first probe that was laying around, a tektronix, no cal. just hit the auto setup, only wanted to see the waveform)

Thanks for confirming. That is a pretty cheap *** thing to do on this truck. It limits a lot of what the outlets can be used for. I have blown up battery chargers on mod sine wave inverters. I have confirmed they won't charge my Ecoflow battery boxes which refuse to accept a mod sine wave.

You seem to know electronics. Since my Ecoflows won't take a mod sine wave do you think I could hook an AC to DC converter to the 110 outlet and then use the 12 volt from the converter to charge the units?

Sure, but would it not be more efficient and faster to charge by using the "alternator charger" from ecoflo.
I am educating myself about ecoflow while typing this response, might have to look into getting one for powering up my Bougerv fridge.
