I recently exhausted my free trial of RAM Connect. I never used it, don't see any difference. What's it for/what does it do that I should want to pay for it?

I think you answered your own question.
Do I find value in it at full price? Nope.
But you often find deals, sales, etc. on it. I’ve seen from $60 for a year and up (Regular price is 14.99… they give you a month free if you pay up front for a year).
Ability to remote start, unlock, lock, and find my car with an app is worth it. Especially this year… since my street is tore up for construction and the ability to remote start to heat/cool it off has been nice…since the key fob doesn’t reach when it’s parked around the block.
