Has anyone else had problems with there nav system in there trucks? I live in my and it shows me sitting in the middle of green river! I have a 2023 ram 1500 big horn and I’m past my 36000 mile warranty, so they want 200 bucks to look at it

There are a lot of threads on here about issues with it. That's why most use their phone.

I had an issue, it's garbage and my fix was to get a good cell phone and use Google maps.

I will pull out a sextant and use the stars and sun like seafarers of old to navigate before I use the OEM Nav again.

I use Waze and it’s been flawless. The factory nav on my previous two 4th Gens was great but I immediately hated it on my 5th Gen. I was surprised how bad they screwed it up and so glad I discovered Waze.

No tracking issues with accuracy for my 2022. It always locates me correctly. However, for two weeks live traffic info was not working after the most recent map update. I was about to call RAM about the issue when it suddenly started working again two days ago. I figure they must have been doing updates on their end.

Yeah, mine has packed its bag and left. I’m sitting in a parking lot in Shepherdsville,Ky and it’s showing me sitting in Juneau AK now. Teir3 engineer from Ram Connect said he has it listed as a star claim but dealership says it’ll cost 2000 for a new head unit and it’s not covered. Trucks almost 2 yrs old now, I bought it with 3 miles and now I’m over 70k. So all my warranties are smoked.
