iOS 14 CarPlay Potrait

So I was reading what is in the green box. Anyone have the iOS 14 beta to test this out and see how it looks on the 12” screen?

So I was reading what is in the green box. Anyone have the iOS 14 beta to test this out and see how it looks on the 12” screen?

Probably not what you think it is. Imagine if CarPlay used the full 12” screen. The status/app bar, currently on the left side, would be comically tall and a lot of empty space. This option would let you put it on the smaller, bottom edge of the portrait display. This option is pointless for us because CarPlay only uses the top half of the 12” screen.

I'd love that. Even if I can't go "full screen" with it, I'd like to be able to swap the location of CarPlay to put Media on top.
