Intermittent Thump/Thud

2019 Ram 1500, 5.7L Hemi. While idling I can hear what I can only describe as a thump or thud coming from the driver side. Can’t exactly pinpoint it but it seems to be to the left and behind the steering wheel. Truck runs like a dream, but it’s enough of a nuisance to make me wonder. Any ideas guys?

Any after market stuff? My first thought is always loose suspension parts, tie rods, sway bar, etc

There were threads in the past about a thump caused by gas sloshing around in the tank when not full. It happened when coming to a stop. My 2013 did it whenever it was below half a tank.

No sir, no aftermarket parts. I have an audio clip. Might need headphones for better quality

I wonder if they installed one of those tracking devices and did a poor job securing it?

I sure hope not..of course I was never notified if they did..

how long does it take to put that in?
my truck showed up around 8 am, I saw it at 11:30 am and I took it around 1pm
they tried to get me to pay for it but we declined.
guess I will have to take a look
