intermittent humming noise and vibration

I have a new Ram bighorn 2019 that I purchased last year it only has 9000 km , and this intermittent humming noise and vibration happened once last year for a few seconds but yesterday again but for the whole ride home , about 45 min . When I got home I turned off the truck for about 15 min and took it for a drive and it was fine . I see that I am not the only one with this problem but don't see to find an answer . As anyone resolved this problem yet ? Do the dealers or the manufacturer know what causes this ? Thank you for your time Gabriel .

Your active noise cancellation system is not operating properly. There is a technical service bulletin available at the dealership as well as several home brew solutions
