So I took my family for a drive in the truck today and they let me know that the rear USB ports weren't working when they plugged their phones in. I pulled the rear console apart to find that the USB ports weren't connected. I re-attached the USB header and they work perfectly. Wonder if that was done intentionally by the prev owner lol.

Sounds like an oversight at the assembly line.
