Instrument cluster

Hello. I have a 21 ram 2500 put in a used instrument cluster out of a 22 ram 2500
having problems changing the idle hours and total hours
was wondering if anybody else has had this problem and if they had any luck with changing them
any help would be appreciated

Same here. No luck in my 22 1500 the other day when swapping back in my original limited one to ship out my digital one for mileage change to united radio. Couldn't get the hours to update and when changing the miles on the stock one it wouldn't do the exact and kept setting 22 miles less. From all I have read over time of others experiences is especially with the hours it is hit or miss. May just want to keep trying until it takes.
