I leased a 2025 RAM 1500 Big Horn and, after driving it about 800 miles, the dashboard stopped working and the check engine light came on. My truck has been at the dealership since July 10th, and they keep pushing back the ETA for the instrument cluster replacement. It seems like the dealership doesn’t care and isn’t doing anything to expedite the process. And just today, the dealership informed me that the new ETA is September 29th!!!! This is so frustrating. Do you have any suggestions on where I can escalate or how to get this case resolved? I already have a Ram service care case, but so far, no luck.
