Installing Mud Flaps Issue

This may be a dumb question. I am trying to install the Husky flaps, but when trying to remove the one bolt that is on the fender (not one of the ones on the factory small plastic flap), the bolt just spins. Any suggestion on removing these?

Try putting flat head screwdriver under the screw head to pry out while unscrewing.

I had the same thing happen on my last truck on one screw. The threads get "stuck" and won't back out. They need pried on while backing them out and they will come.

Can confirm. I had the same issue on one of the screws.

Thanks. It was a bit of a pain, but I eventually got it. There is always one problem child.....
