I replace my rear headiner speakers with no problems. Use a plastic trim tool to pry the grills off. I did have to shave a little bit of the plastic on the speaker hole to allow for the wider terminals on the Infinity speakers.
Great! How's the sound?

anyone have a pics of the rear grills off, showing the tabs on the grills as well as the rear ceiling speaker hole openings ... would help in where to use the tools to facilitate removal

I can go outside and pop them off and get some pics. Give me a minute.

Alternatively, you don't have to shave plastic to make it fit. There is 1 position the speaker terminals will fit, but then you have to mark and drill 2 small holes for the new screw locations. I replaced them in my last truck, but don't think I will for my new truck. Unless you're sitting back there, you won't hear a difference.
