Important question please

Hi everyone 2019 Black RAM Limited owner here and I’m looking at the 2022 Limited or TRX as my next truck and so I go on the RAM website to do some builds of each truck and there are many important features missing and I want to make sure it’s not me and see what everyone thinks.

First the 19 speaker Harmon kardon system as well as the carbon fiber package and other packages are not there for the TRX and the Limited is missing the Level 1 and Level 2 packages as well the safety and security to name a few as well as the 19 speaker option. Where are these things? I don’t believe it’s possible they just eliminated all these very important options why would they do that?

Parts shortages worldwide have hit every market including the current lineup of ram trucks. It is not a good time to buy if you want all of the features that are/were once available.

Also the Ram website generally doesn’t reflect what is currently available for ordering. I just ordered a limited last week and level 1 was available. You’ll have to check with a dealer when ordering to see what is available, but they have been limiting some features due to the chip shortages.
