I have a 2019 Bighorn. Yesterday, after the truck was sitting for 8+ hours, I had issues starting it. Took about 5 minutes and numerous attempts. Just got no response when I pushed the ignition button. Everything on the ignition and dash lit up like normal. It did eventually start but it did give a "key fob not detected" on the dashboard at one point. I drove it around on errands after work with no issues starting. Came out in the morning for work after the truck sat all night and it wouldn't start. I did google the issue and someone said that if you use the key fob to push the button it'll start. So I did that and it started right up. Not sure if that was just a random coincidence. The key fob buttons work on the first press. I've never dealt with push button ignitions. For whatever reason it appears it has issues starting after its been sitting for a long period, like overnight or when I'm at work.

Could be low battery in fob. Does your other fob work?

This does sound like battery in fob could be weak or near death. The battery is very easy to change. This video describes it:
Battery Install
It is a CR2032. All the issues you describe are indicative of the battery in your FOB. Especially when it won't start without touching the fob to the start button. Definitely try that first. I change mine in all mine (I have 4 of them - don't ask) about once a year.

kinda sounds like an RF hub issue (if the fob batteries are good) which is behind the back seat and i would suspect that your rear window has been leaking for a long time and the water has damaged the electronic hub behind the back seats..

Try the fob battery first.
Does the red LED light up on it when you use it?
My spare fob acted up when it got cold in the garage, would work after warming up, was a weak battery.
